Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level.

Group Training

High intensity training tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Expect each workout to use a variety of functional movements – including barbell work, kettlebells gymnastics and cardio.

TrailX Series

TrailX is an opportunity to see how all the work in the gym is paying off. Each adventure is designed to be a fun way to start the weekend and the schedule is planned out for the current season.


Posture and Biomechanics

The best place to start. We will take a look at how your body works. Together we will discover the imbalances developed through poor joint motion and make corrections to have healthy joints.

Cardiovascular VO2 Sub-max

Taking our assessments a step further we can put the heart and lungs to work in a variety of assessments. This way we can get you ready for the challenges and achievements ahead.

Body Fat Caliper and Body Measurement

Using a tried and true methodology of measuring your body mass we can see progress in a new light, not the number on the scale, measuring tape and the calipers.

Full Body Anywhere Fitness Test

Together we will document your progress and achievements with specific workouts that will allow us to monitor your progress in athletic performance.
