Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level.
Group Training
High intensity training tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Expect each workout to use a variety of functional movements – including barbell work, kettlebells gymnastics and cardio.
TrailX Series
TrailX is an opportunity to see how all the work in the gym is paying off. Each adventure is designed to be a fun way to start the weekend and the schedule is planned out for the current season.
Assessments
Posture and Biomechanics
The best place to start. We will take a look at how your body works. Together we will discover the imbalances developed through poor joint motion and make corrections to have healthy joints.
Cardiovascular VO2 Sub-max
Taking our assessments a step further we can put the heart and lungs to work in a variety of assessments. This way we can get you ready for the challenges and achievements ahead.
Body Fat Caliper and Body Measurement
Using a tried and true methodology of measuring your body mass we can see progress in a new light, not the number on the scale, measuring tape and the calipers.
Full Body Anywhere Fitness Test
Together we will document your progress and achievements with specific workouts that will allow us to monitor your progress in athletic performance.

So we all know how amazing Nick is here but I wanted to really commend him on his amazing programming and coaching. His workouts are no joke, I love all the attention to detail and form and his knowledge is incredible. I always tell people he’s the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever worked with and I really mean it. I love how he coaches to each person and tailors his workouts to your level. I feel like I learn something new every day; workout related or not(sometimes it’s about his current podcast hahah).
I’ve been training full time with him for awhile now but in the past 2 months I’ve dropped 3% body fat! I told him what my goals were and he has been so supportive and encouraging. Whether he’s handing me the 52lb kettlebell or telling me I’m going too slow. I know he knows I can do more and he helps me see that in myself. If you’re not training with him you need to be and if you haven’t done a body fat assessment you should! Having a baseline has helped me tremendously and it’s so clear to me now how beneficial Nick’s programming is. Obviously I cannot speak anymore highly of him and I’m so excited for what’s to come for him and Anywhere Warrior!

We just finished Nick’s at home parking lot workout and it was great. My arms are still shaking! I loved all the different stations! That darn ab roller thing is the devil!!! Best. One. YET!!! Such a great turn out for our final TrailX of the year. We had an incredible group of people hustling around Sycamore Grove with some fun relays and EMOMs thrown in. Nick, thanks for giving us all a good old fashioned butt kicking this morning!!
